
Crystal Maze

Event overview:
The event is based around the Crystal maze, there will be 8 zones around the site, each zone will have its very own instructor who will lead the team through their challenge.
Rewards:
Crystals will be on offer at each zone, each bag of crystal earned is worth one second in the dome, also on offer for completing the challenge at the zone is the giant marble that earns the team an extra 2 seconds in the dome.
The zones:

Game: tests of dexterity and accuracy. These included target-shooting games, miniature vehicle driving games, steady hand tests, timing tests, maneouvering the crystal out of the maze, or getting balls into the correct holes.

Games: tests of speed and strength. These included demolishing targets, climbing without touching the floor, using a zipwire, avoiding obstacles, crossing the water, or heaving a chest to unlock the crystal.

Game: tests of brainpower. These included arranging 2D or 3D puzzles, solving a brainteaser set by Mumsey, solving a word association game, solving maths equations, or releasing a key on a rope entangled in an intricately shaped object.

Games: which did not fall into the previous three categories. These included treasure hunts, sliding puzzles, and finding the location of a crystal in a room using clues.

The teams will get around 40 mins at each zone and then have to move onto the next location, by the end of he day all teams should have completed all the zones.
Finale – The Crystal Dome
At the end of the event, all the crystals and giant marbles will be added up and the teams will be given a set time in the dome. The team who has the least amount of time will go first and so it will go till the team with the most time go last. The winning team is the team that collects the most cash in the time they have.
