Event overview:

​

The day will run for approximately 3 to 3 ½ hours. The Group will be split into teams and the races will be run in heats with the top two team from each heat going through to the final, during the course of the afternoon the teams will all get to race against each other in the different challenges.

​

A compare will run the day calling the teams to the start and encouraging them along.

 

There will be a running scoreboard will keep the teams updated on their progress.

 

Each race will be a team event with all team members taking part, either run as a relay or a group participation.

 

Play the Joker. For bonus points the teams can play their joker on the game of their choice.

A few examples of the games that can be played;

 

• Three legged race                      

• Wheelbarrow race

• Egg and spoon race                    

• Hoola-hoop race

• Bean bag race between your legs  

• Welly throwing

• Sack race 

• Javelin

• Shot-put      

• Wet bucket race

• Space hopper race                    

• Skipping race

As with all our events, appearance is paramount! All the games areas are fenced off for safety and the overall impression is a sea of colour. Red, White and Blue bunting will clearly mark the activity areas and all staff will be in uniform.

 

If there are any Company branded banners or materials that could be displayed on the day we are more than happy to do so.
