Event overview:

Part one:     The Introduction

 

Sir Alec enters the Scene to the theme of the apprentice and gives the opening brief and sets the first challenge (Pulling the Rug).

 

As each team completes the fist challenge they are given their dash for cash pack and sent on their way.

 

Part two:     The Dash for Cash

 

The emphasis is on fun. All exercises are mentally stimulating and highlight the importance of planning, communication and organisational skills. The teams will have to complete as many of the challenges as they can in the time given to raise as much cash as they can.

Part three:   Lunch

 

Just before lunch the teams will be given the envelopes containing the Lot’s for the auction.

 

Part four:     The Auction

Part Five:     The Campaign

 

You have the product, You have the team, now You have 30 Minutes to prepare and find location for your advertising campaign.

 

This campaign will comprise of the three stages below:

 

Stage 1:     

The Advert Challenge with the use of a digital camera you must take 10 shots of which one shot will be chosen to depict your product.

 

Stage 2:     

Using the video camera provided you will have to shoot a one off video advert lasting no longer than sixty seconds to promote your product.

 

Stage 3:     

Having completed the above you will now use the time you have left to plan your presentation, this presentation will last no longer than five mins during which time your team must present, Yourselves, the Product and the Video followed a short Q&A from Sir Alex

 

Part Six:      The Presentation

 

Each team will take it in turn to make their presentation before the winning team is revealed.
